All the Big Mac flavor, baked into easy sliders. Perfect for parties.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt & pepper
- 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls work great)
- 6 slices American cheese
- Dill pickle slices
- Shredded lettuce
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Big Mac Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp vinegar
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven: 350°F (175°C).
- Brown ground beef, season with salt & pepper, drain grease.
- Slice buns in half horizontally. Place bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spread sauce on buns, add beef, cheese, and pickles.
- Add top buns. Brush tops with melted butter if you want.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until cheese melts.
- Remove, lift tops, add shredded lettuce, replace tops.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds if using.
