Instructions

  1. Prepare the eggs
    • In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  3. Toast the bread
    • Toast your bread slices lightly, either in a toaster or on a skillet.

    • Top with the other slice of bread.
