Oh yes 😌 No-Bake Chocolate Oat Bars—chewy, chocolatey, and super easy to make without the oven. Perfect for snacks or dessert.


🍫 No-Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

Ingredients (12 bars)

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter (or almond/cashew butter)
  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup butter (or coconut oil)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare pan
    • Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Heat chocolate mixture
    • In a saucepan over low heat, melt peanut butter, butter, and honey together.
    • Stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
    • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
  3. Mix oats
    • Add oats to chocolate mixture, stir until fully coated.
  4. Press into pan
    • Transfer mixture to prepared pan. Press firmly with spatula or your hands.
  5. Chill
    • Refrigerate 1–2 hours until set.
  6. Cut & serve
    • Lift from pan using parchment. Cut into bars and enjoy!

Pro Tips

  • Extra texture: Add chopped nuts, dried fruit, or shredded coconut.
  • Chocolate swirl: Melt extra chocolate and drizzle on top before chilling.
  • Storage: Keep refrigerated for up to a week, or freeze for longer.
