🔥 Flavor Variations
- Strawberry Cheesecake: Add sliced strawberries between layers
- Chocolate Cheesecake: Use chocolate graham crackers + chocolate drizzle
- Lemon Cheesecake: Add 2 tbsp lemon juice + zest to the cream mixture
- Peanut Butter Cheesecake: Swirl in ½ cup peanut butter
💡 Tips
- The longer it chills, the softer the graham crackers get (cake-like texture).
- Keeps well in the fridge for 3 days.
- Perfect for potlucks, BBQs, and holidays.
If you want, I can give you a church-potluck version (extra sturdy for transport) or a mini individual icebox cake cups version.
