  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or green onions (optional)
  • 2–3 tbsp oil (for frying)

    • In a bowl, combine chicken, cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, onion, paprika, salt, pepper, and herbs.
    • Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Shape
    • Form small patties (about 2–3 inches wide).
  3. Cook
    • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Fry fritters 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).
    • Drain briefly on paper towels.
  4. Serve hot
    • Serve with ranch, honey mustard, garlic aioli, or spicy mayo.

🔥 Tips & Variations

  • Extra crispy: Lightly coat fritters in flour or cornstarch before frying.
  • Spicy: Add cayenne, crushed red pepper, or diced jalapeños.
  • Baked option: Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Air fryer: 375°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping once.

🧡 Crowd-Favorite Add-Ins

  • Bacon bits
  • Spinach or broccoli (finely chopped)
  • Parmesan + mozzarella combo

If you want, I can give you a church-supper version that stays crispy longer or a kid-friendly version that freezes and reheats perfectly.
