Pico de Gallo

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 4 ripe Roma tomatoes, finely diced
  • ½ small white onion, finely diced
  • 1–2 jalapeños, finely minced (seeds removed for less heat)
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ½ tsp salt (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Add tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro to a bowl.
  2. Pour in lime juice and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Gently mix until combined.
  4. Taste and adjust salt or lime as needed.
  5. Let sit 10–15 minutes for flavors to meld.
