🍳 Instructions

1. Marinate beef

Mix beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and oil. Let it sit 10–15 minutes.


2. Sear beef

  • Heat a wok or pan on high heat
  • Stir-fry beef quickly (1–2 minutes) until browned but not overcooked
  • Remove and set aside

3. Cook vegetables

  • Add a little oil if needed
  • Stir-fry garlic, onion, and bell pepper for 2–3 minutes (keep slightly crisp)

4. Make sauce

Add:

  • soy sauce
  • oyster sauce
  • sugar
  • black pepper
  • water/broth

Stir well, then add cornstarch slurry. Let it thicken slightly.


5. Combine

  • Return beef to the pan
  • Toss everything together for 1–2 minutes until glossy and coated
