Cinnamon Roll Bites

Posted on April 20, 2026 by Admin

If you’re craving something sweet and quick, Cinnamon Roll Bites are basically mini, poppable versions of classic cinnamon rolls—soft, buttery, and coated in cinnamon sugar. Here’s a simple homemade version you can whip up without much effort:

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough)
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1–2 tsp cinnamon
  • Optional: cream cheese icing or glaze

Instructions

  1. Prep the dough
Cut each biscuit into 4–6 small pieces and roll them lightly into balls.
  2. Coat in butter
Dip each piece in melted butter so they’re fully coated.
  3. Cinnamon sugar mix
In a bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Toss the buttered dough pieces in this mixture.
  4. Arrange & bake
Place them in a greased baking dish or pan (slightly touching is fine).
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Finish
Drizzle with icing or dip them for extra indulgence.

Quick Tips

  • Add chopped nuts or raisins for texture
  • Use brown sugar instead of white for a deeper flavor
  • Serve warm—they’re best fresh out of the oven

If you want, I can give you a version from scratch (no canned dough) or a quick air fryer recipe.
