Here’s a simple, addictive cheese bombs recipe—crispy outside, melty inside.
🧀 Cheese Bombs (Quick & Easy)
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough)
- Mozzarella cheese (cubed or string cheese cut up)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (or oregano)
- Optional: parmesan, chili flakes, parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F.
- Cut biscuits in half and flatten each piece.
- Add cheese to the center, wrap dough around it, pinch closed.
- Roll into balls and place seam-side down on a baking tray.
- Brush with butter, sprinkle garlic powder + seasoning.
- Bake 12–15 min until golden and puffed.
- Optional but elite: sprinkle parmesan + parsley right after baking.
🔥 Variations
- Stuffed upgrade: add pepperoni, jalapeños, or cooked bacon with the cheese.
- Sweet cheese bombs: cream cheese + sugar, brush with butter, roll in cinnamon sugar.
- Air fryer: 180°C / 350°F for ~8–10 minutes.
