🥚 Creamy Egg Salad

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 6 boiled eggs (peeled & chopped)
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard (optional but adds nice flavor)
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander or parsley
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (for freshness)
