🍲 Goulash kya hota hai?
Ye ek stew/soup type dish hoti hai jismein gosht (usually beef), pyaz aur paprika use hota hai. Iska taste rich, thoda smoky aur deeply savory hota hai.

  • Beef (ya chicken as alternative)
  • Pyaz (onion) – kaafi quantity mein
  • Paprika (iska main flavor)
  • Tamatar ya tomato paste
  • Aloo ya carrots (optional)
  • Namak, kali mirch

  1. Oil ya thoda fat mein pyaz ko achi tarah soft karein
  2. Gosht daal kar brown karein

  4. Thoda pani ya broth daal kar slow cook karein
  5. Jab gosht tender ho jaye, to ready!
