Balsamic Peach Pork Chops

Posted on April 19, 2026 by Admin

Balsamic peach pork chops are a sweet-and-savory dish where juicy pork is seared and glazed with caramelized peaches and tangy balsamic vinegar. It’s a great mix of fruity, rich, and slightly acidic flavors.

🍑🥩 Balsamic Peach Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 2–4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 2 ripe peaches (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 2–3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • ½ cup chicken broth or water
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Season pork: Pat pork chops dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear: Heat oil in a pan and cook pork chops for 3–5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. Cook peaches: In the same pan, add peaches and sauté for 2–3 minutes until slightly soft.
  4. Add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
  5. Make glaze: Pour in balsamic vinegar, honey, and broth. Stir and let it simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Return pork chops to the pan and spoon sauce over them.
  7. Simmer for another 5–8 minutes until pork is fully cooked and coated in glaze.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

The result is a tender, caramelized version of Balsamic peach pork chops with juicy fruit, tangy glaze, and rich pan-seared flavor.

If you want, I can also give you a grilled BBQ version, a one-pan baked version, or a low-sugar keto-friendly version.
