🧀 Easy Cheese Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter or oil
  • 1–1½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella work great)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and melted butter.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients—mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the cheese.
  6. Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden on top.
  8. Let it cool slightly, then slice and serve.

Tips:

  • Add garlic or herbs (like oregano) for extra flavor.
  • Sprinkle extra cheese on top before baking for a crispy crust.
