Ohhh yes 😌🍔 Cheeseburger Casserole — all the flavor of a burger, zero grill required. Here’s a classic, family-friendly version that’s easy and super comforting.


🧀🍔 Cheeseburger Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp mustard powder (or 1 tbsp yellow mustard)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom or cream of cheddar soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (elbow macaroni or shells work best)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional toppings: pickles, diced tomatoes, sesame seeds

Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the beef

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned.
  • Add garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and mustard. Stir well.

2️⃣ Make it creamy

  • Stir in soup and milk.
  • Mix in cooked pasta and 1½ cups cheese.

3️⃣ Bake

  • Transfer to a greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

4️⃣ Serve

  • Let rest 5 minutes.
  • Top with pickles or tomatoes if you like that real cheeseburger vibe 😏
