🍫 Easy Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup warm water (or coffee for deeper flavor)
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
🧁 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Grease a cake pan.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
- Add water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Pour into pan and bake 30–35 minutes (toothpick comes out clean).
- Cool before frosting.

- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp butter (softened)
- 1–2 tbsp milk
