Piña Colada Pie

Posted on April 2, 2026 by Admin

Piña Colada Pie is a tropical, creamy dessert inspired by the classic drink 🍍🥥—it combines pineapple, coconut, and a rich filling in a cool, refreshing pie.

🍍🥥 Piña Colada Pie (Easy No-Bake Version)

🧾 Ingredients

For the crust:

  • 2 cups crushed biscuits or graham crackers
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar

For the filling:

  • 1 cup crushed pineapple (well drained)
  • 1 cup whipped cream (or whipped topping)
  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Make the crust

  • Mix crushed biscuits, sugar, and melted butter
  • Press into a pie dish
  • Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes

2. Prepare the filling

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth
  • Add condensed milk, coconut cream, and vanilla
  • Fold in whipped cream
  • Gently mix in pineapple and shredded coconut

3. Assemble

  • Pour filling into chilled crust
  • Smooth the top

4. Chill

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best)

🍽️ Toppings (optional)

  • Toasted coconut flakes
  • Pineapple slices
  • Maraschino cherries

💡 Tips

  • Drain pineapple really well to avoid a watery pie
  • Chill long enough for a firm slice
  • For a stronger “piña colada” vibe, add a few drops of coconut essence

🔥 Optional twist (Adults only)

  • Add 1–2 tbsp white rum to the filling for a true cocktail-inspired dessert

If you want, I can also give you:

  • a baked version with custard filling
  • a super quick 10-minute version
  • or a healthier/light version 🍍
