🧂 Ingredients

  • 500g large shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 3 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)
  • 2 tbsp parsley (chopped)

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Prepare the sauce
    • Mix melted butter, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Arrange shrimp
    • Place shrimp in a single layer in a baking dish.
  4. Combine
    • Pour the garlic butter mixture over shrimp.
    • Sprinkle parmesan evenly on top.
  5. Bake
    • Bake for 10–12 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  6. Finish
    • Garnish with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon.
