Ingredients (serves 2–4):

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or 2 cloves minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Make the marinade:
    • In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate chicken:
