  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp instant yeast

1. Mix the dough

Add warm water and mix until a sticky dough forms.

2. Knead (lightly)
Turn onto a floured surface and knead for 5–8 minutes until smooth.

3. First rise
