1. Make the dough

  • Knead for 8–10 minutes until soft and smooth.

2. First rise
Cover and let dough rise in a warm place for 1–1.5 hours, until doubled.

3. Roll & fill

  • Roll dough into a rectangle
  • Spread butter, then sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar evenly

4. Shape rolls
Roll tightly into a log and slice into 8–10 pieces.

5. Second rise
Place in a greased pan, cover, and let rise 30–45 minutes.

6. Bake
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden.

7. Glaze
Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm rolls.
