- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)

- 1 tbsp brown sugar or honey

- Preheat oven

In a bowl, combine beef, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, and seasonings. Mix gently (don’t overwork). - Fill muffin pan
