🛒 Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets (bite-sized)
  • ½ small red onion (thinly sliced)
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ⅓ cup roasted sunflower seeds or almonds
  • ⅓ cup dried cranberries or raisins
  • ½ cup crispy turkey bacon or beef bacon (optional)

🥣 Creamy Dressing

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt (adds lightness)
  • 1–2 tbsp honey (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
