🍎 Cinnamon Apple Oatmeal Dessert

🥣 Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups water or unsweetened plant milk
  • 1 apple (grated or finely chopped)
  • 1 ripe banana (mashed)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: raisins or chopped dates (for extra natural sweetness)

🍲 Instructions

  1. Cook oats
    In a pot, bring water or plant milk to a boil. Add oats and salt.
  2. Add fruit
    Stir in grated apple and mashed banana.
  3. Simmer
    Cook on low heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Flavor it
    Add cinnamon and vanilla. Mix well.
  5. Serve warm
    Top with extra fruit if you like.
