Instructions

3️⃣ Cook lobster

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Place lobster tails on a baking sheet. Brush generously with garlic butter.
  • Bake 10–12 minutes, until lobster meat is opaque and slightly firm.

4️⃣ Finish & serve

  • Brush again with garlic butter.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
