- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & pepper

- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish

Instructions
- Make the sauce
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Chill if you have time—it gets better. - Cook the beef
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Add onion and cook until soft (3–4 min). Add garlic, cook 30 seconds. - Sauce it up
Stir in about ¾ of the Big Mac sauce. Simmer 2–3 minutes until saucy but not soupy. Season to taste. - Assemble
Toast buns.
Bottom bun → beef mixture → American cheese → lettuce → pickles → extra sauce → top bun.
🔥 Pro Tips
- Want it extra Big Mac? Add a middle bun slice.
- Swap beef for ground turkey—still slaps.
